How to Install Hoopla
Step 1: Install Hoopla app from your device’s app store—Apple App Store or Google Play
Step 2: Open Hoopla and select “Don’t have an account? Sign Up.” Allow location settings or search for the Licking County Library by name. Enter library card number. Fill in the requested information.
Step 3: Browse for the desired title. Select borrow. Borrowed titles appear in “My Hoopla.” To view content offline, click on the title and select “download to your device.” Licking County Library allows patrons to borrow up to seven titles a month.
Browse titles or if you don't have a mobile device, download directly to your desktop computer through Hoopla.
